Divinatory meaning
Story - Taking time to ponder on all that I have learned I sit in the branches of a tree only to slip and be suspended upside down within its branches. Money falls from my pockets onto the ground below, trapped and wondering what to do to get out of this situation. After a time I look at the money no longer below but above me and looking at the situation turned upon its head I realise the money is just small pieces of metal. Having spent some time waiting for help and with my new realisation I suddenly find myself freed from the branches, so wasting no more time I continue on my path.
Upright - Devotion to a worthwhile cause. Temporary suspension of progress. Flexibility of mind and a willingness to adapt to changes. Sacrifice in the present to reap benefit in the future. A waiting period. Rebirth. Sacrificing one thing to obtain another. Transformation. Circumstances literally turned on their head.
