Divinatory meaning
Story - As my journey continues I see a maiden apparently struggling with a lion, courageously I pick up a branch and rush forward to help her against such a powerful beast, only to my surprise do I then see the lion sit by her feet. 'But how?' I ask, she replies 'I asked and my beast obeyed'. I feel overwhelmed from the gentleness and warmth emanating from her voice, so much power and grace could only command such respect. I ask her why she would keep a Lion as a pet, 'He is a reminder of my own inner ferocity, wild spirit and strength'. With my impulsive rage at what I thought I had witnessed now sedated I walk away from the scene feeling I too can control my inner beast.
